We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and hands-on Warehouse Logistics Assitant to join our team. Our Operations Team plays a critical role in exceeding customer expectations, and in this part-time role, you’ll directly contribute to that mission by ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly, accurately, and professionally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Double-check orders against packing slips and labels to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure all orders are ready prior to daily UPS & FedEx pickups
  • Package shipments neatly and securely, using appropriate materials and minimizing waste
  • Follow best practices for order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents and report any discrepancies
  • Sort, count, and organize inventory for easy access and replenishment
  • Assemble tag sample packs and product kits to maintain inventory levels
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Break down boxes and manage warehouse waste daily, including pallet removal

Qualifications:

  • Schedule: Must be available Monday–Friday afternoons (between 12 PM and 5 PM); schedule is flexible within this window
  • On-Site: This is an in-person position; remote work is not available
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and clear communication
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. safely, use a ladder and pallet jack, and stand for extended periods
